What is Vistiqo?
Vistiqo is a privacy-friendly website analytics service. You add one small script tag to your website and Vistiqo reports visitors, sessions, page views, top pages, referrers, countries, regions and cities, devices, browsers and operating systems - in real time, and in aggregate rather than as profiles of named people.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Sign in with Google and your trial starts automatically. It runs for 14 days, covers 1 website with the full set of Vistiqo reports including real-time, and is granted once per account. It does not renew into anything and cannot be restarted once it ends.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The trial requires no card and no payment details, and it never converts into a paid subscription on its own. You only enter payment details if you choose a paid plan yourself.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account stays open, but analytics collection pauses until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted - your websites, your tracking script and the analytics already collected are preserved, and subscribing restores access to them.
How many websites can I track?
Trial: 1 website. Starter: up to 2 websites. Growth: up to 20 websites. There is no page-view quota on any plan - you are charged for the number of websites you track, not for how much traffic they get.
Is billing monthly?
Yes. Both paid plans are billed monthly in USD and renew automatically until you cancel - Starter at $9 per month and Growth at $29 per month. Vistiqo offers no annual plan, and taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your paid access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, analytics collection pauses. Your websites and existing analytics are not deleted, and subscribing again restores access.
What happens to my analytics data?
Analytics are kept for the window attached to your plan: 12 months on Starter and 24 months on Growth. During the trial your data is kept for the trial itself plus a short grace period, so subscribing afterwards restores it. Data older than your retention window is removed by a scheduled cleanup.
Who processes payments?
Payments are processed by Creem, Vistiqo's merchant of record. Vistiqo never sees or stores your card details.
How do I contact support?
Email support@vistiqo.online. That one address is the contact point for support, billing, privacy and data-deletion requests, and it is the address to use if you need anything about your subscription.
