1. Vistiqo Intellectual Property
The Vistiqo name, branding, logo, website, software, user interface, and documentation are owned by Vistiqo or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. Nothing in these policies grants you any right to use Vistiqo's branding or trademarks except as necessary to use the service as intended (for example, referencing that your website "uses Vistiqo analytics").
2. Customer Content and Data
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to or process through Vistiqo, including your website configuration and the analytics data collected from your own website's visitors. Vistiqo does not claim ownership over your analytics data. By using the service, you grant Vistiqo the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display that data back to you in order to operate the service - for example, to render your dashboard or, if you enable it, a public analytics page.
3. Third-Party Rights
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Vistiqo, including any website content, branding, or data you associate with your account, does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
4. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content available through the Vistiqo service - for example, on a public analytics dashboard - infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with enough information for us to investigate, including a description of the content, its location, and your contact details. We will review reports in good faith and take appropriate action.
